[Comment] This is a high-quality item with a weave similar to that used in the court attire of Prince Shotoku. It's equivalent to weaving an obi sash today. While a typical obi sash is woven using about eight strands of yarn, this fukuro obi is a very time-consuming hand-woven obi, woven using thirty strands of yarn. It's wrinkle-resistant and easy to tie.
