Crafted from fabric featuring an all-over *sayagata* (interlocking fret) and floral pattern in an elegant "royal" color palette, it is dyed with motifs of peonies, mandarin orange blossoms, chrysanthemums, plum blossoms, waves, and bamboo grass, and finished with meticulous hand-applied *sagara* (knotted) embroidery by skilled artisans.
