This beautiful kimono was crafted by traditional craftsman Yuuki Hirose, who carved a chrysanthemum pattern onto a 30cm stencil using the kimono-carving technique. The white fabric was stretched taut on a long board, and the stencil was shifted 30cm at a time to match the pattern before dyeing. Wear this stylish kimono for your outings.
