There is a faint stain near the left collar opening and another faint stain 67cm up from the hem of the right back panel; however, these are not particularly noticeable. Please check the images for details.
This lovely White Oshima silk kimono was created through a complex process: the yarn was dyed thirty times using a combination of botanical and mud-dyeing techniques, then patterned using the *kasuri* (ikat) binding method. After the bindings were removed, a skilled weaver wove the fabric at a rate of just 30cm per day using the intricate *kyu-maruki* (nine-point) technique. Please enjoy wearing this stylish piece on your outings.
