Introducing delicious Japanese food

There are lots of delicious foods in Japan! This time, we'll be talking about "udon," one of the foods our staff often eats.

Udon is a Japanese food made by kneading flour and water and stretching it, and eating it with dashi stock or soup.

We recommend adding toppings, and meat and tempura are popular.

It's common to eat it with hot dashi stock, but it can also be enjoyed as chilled udon.Even the same udon can have different textures and go down smoothly, which is fun.Udon in Fukuoka is characterized by its softer noodles than those in Tokyo and other places. It's interesting that even though it's in Japan, the texture changes depending on where you eat it.

I recommend Negoroya, with which we held a collaboration event the other day.
If you're visiting Fukuoka, Japan, be sure to stop by.

By the way, other than udon, you can also enjoy soba noodles and rice bowls.

I'll introduce you to some more delicious food next time.

Until next time!
