Reserve accepts returns within 5 days of receipt by email or phone.

Please contact us by e-mail on Sundays, holidays, and after business hours.
If you do not contact us within 5 days of receiving your return, we may not be able to accept your return.

*Cases in which we cannot accept returns

If the return period has passed.
If the product is damaged after arrival, such as stains, wrinkles, or damage.
If the condition differs from that of the shipment.
When we judge that there is no problem with the quality and wearability of the product.
Return Procedure

2. please send the product from the delivery company to the following address.

After the product arrives at our store, our staff will check the condition of the product and if there are no problems, we will refund the product price to the "designated bank account.
