After we confirm your credit card payment, authorization, and payment, we will ship your order within 3 business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
However, an additional charge of 550 yen (including tax) will be added for delivery to Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands. Please note that shipping to remote islands is not available at this time.
Free shipping on orders over 3,980 yen (including tax) *Free shipping on orders over 100,000 yen for overseas customers.

We will only accept orders accessed from overseas for international shipping. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Please note that customs duties may apply depending on the country.
If you are ordering from overseas and your order has not arrived after 2 weeks from shipment, please contact us using the Inquiry Form. We will confirm with the shipping company.
