The waka poem and trees are expressed in sumi-e ink on the summery colors of the single garment, and the process is transparent from the bottom. Nowadays, there are few people who can sew versatile gauze and not many works are available.
Incidentally, the waka poem is a poem written by Fukayabu No Kiyohara in the Hyakunin Isshu (One Hundred Tanka Poems).

There is a thin stain 5cm from the bottom of the back of the collar and 25cm from the center of the back of the collar.
