Japan Pre-loved sash belt (Nagoya-obi) 100% silk /996

Dating back to the Showa 40s (1965), this obi features a design of cranes, fan shapes, and pine trees woven against a background of gold, red, and indigo. Crafted from twisted threads, it has a smooth texture and exudes a delightful retro charm—perfect for styling with a modern sensibility.

There are stains on the lining at points 7.09in and 33.07in from the *tare* (trailing end), and another 25.21in from the *tesaki* (leading end); however, these do not affect wearability.

Please use it as a table runner or It would look lovely displayed in a room.

This obi was made in the 1960s and is richly decorated with Japanese patterns.
