This is a rare, exquisite "12-Maruki" Oshima Tsumugi piece. The process involves a complex dyeing sequence—combining botanical and mud-dyeing techniques—repeated approximately 30 times. Following the creation of the *kasuri* (ikat) pattern and careful alignment on the loom, a skilled weaver meticulously weaves the fabric at a rate of just 30 cm per day, ensuring the intricate *kasuri* patterns align perfectly. The result is a design so refined and precise that it resembles a hand-painted illustration. Please enjoy the distinctive luster and crisp texture characteristic of Oshima Tsumugi.
There is some discoloration on the *dō-ura* (body lining), but this does not affect wearability; please refer to the images for details.
